If you require shipping (Australia wide only) we will ensure this is delivered in time for your event

Shipping Both ways (Express) $30

Please note our larger gowns require a medium satchel and are $40 for shipping, this will be comunicated before hire

We ship with Aus Post delivery express and a shipping fee (See above) will apply, we will provide you with a return shipping prepaid satchel if you arrange for shipping both ways

Dresses need to be posted the day after your event by 3pm with a confirmation text via instagram so we know it is on its way home!

If the dress is posted later than 3pm or the day after, we will treat this as a late return and a $30 late fee will be taken from the bond

We do not take responsibility for dresses damaged or lost in the mail but we will try our best to locate and sort this for you

You will be provided with a tracking number via instagram

All shipping orders require a bond of $100 which will be returned after hire
Photo Identification

For all shipping orders, photo identification must be provided - any official form of ID is accepted but must state your name and address these could include passport, drivers or learners licence

If you do not hold any form of ID with your address then a parents ID is accepted along with a school ID to verify your name

This is to minimise scams, dresses being stolen or people pretending to be who they are not

No photo ID’s are kept in our system and the customer can delete the images from instagram DM’s after the dress is returned
Dry Cleaning

Please note some gowns require extra attention and can only be dry cleaned, these costs are included in the hire fee. If excessive damage, stains or marks have occurred during hire, additional costs may be required for extra cleaning which will be taken out of the bond xx

Please note we stock a few silk garments, please take extra care of these as even sometimes dry cleaning can not resolve damages. Please be aware as silk is very delicate, and often has small blemishes on the fabric which can be seen in certain lighting. This is not stains but simply the nature of the fabric. If you are not happy with this, please hire a gown with a different fabric nature

Please note some gowns do not have dry cleaning incorporated into the price as they are home manageable fabrics, please take extra care of these garments and if excessive marks, stains or damage has occurred during wear, a dry cleaning fee will be issued and taken out of the bond
